I read the article over there at CTH. Interesting if true. Who knows. We here whispers that Newt is talking with Trump as well a Guiliani. I think Trump is looking for practical advice and leaning on personal contacts.

Even if I hated Trump, just by reading that the Post is all in a tizzy makes me want to vote for him.
If the Post,NYT,and LA Times et al all loved him I’d have doubts about voting for him.

If their pages were soft or moisture absorbing they could be used for the bottom of the cage, but likely they even fail that, most likely because the page is too small to cover the floor of the cage, lol.
In any fight there are two basic components. An emotional component and reasoning component. The emotional component provides power to the activity. The reasoning component focuses the emotional component to accomplish goals. Each component needs the other to be successful. In his election Trump represents the emotional component. Cruze and to some extent Carson represent the reasoning component. I wish we could get both components in one guy but that doesn’t seem possible this cycle. So we need a team that brings both aspects to the table. The team has been obvious since the beginning. Trump/Cruz or Cruz/Trump. Either arrangement would be unstoppable.
What is your opinion of Carson as someone’s VP?
Two days ago, I would have said Kasich, but his statement that Christians just have to make the homosexual wedding cake or get out of business killed any respect I had for him.
Trump is a “bullying demagogue” but then so are Obama and Clinton. Where they get their “facts” behind their rants lord only knows.
It is knowing their standards are the opposite of yours, so the person they hate probably agrees with you.
Would someone at the Washington Post please tell me which candidates are in favor of a full effort to stop illegal immigration? Have any candidates said they would build a really good wall?
