I was thinking the same thing. They have done similar things in other places, such as using controlled flooding to drive farmers and ranchers out of an area.

I am not denying anything. I am stating that the program started by republicans as a way to keep pollution under control has been commandeered by the democrat party into a weapon against businesses.

The purpose was two fold. One was their extortion operation and the other was to satisfy their environmental moonbats.
