That’s one thing about Trump, he’s not like the other guys.
He probably does want it to get through it’s news cycle, but as long as Megyn and the rest of the Trump haters can push the lies to get their ratings and do damage to Trump if possible they will drag it out.
Trump has more important things to do rather than making this any bigger deal than it already is.
Kelly blames Trump for making her get a dyke haircut and turning her into a Rachael Maddow mini-me.
I still can't bring myself to completely tune him out because I believe Ben ultimately is a good guy and is going through a lot.
But frankly Ben started intensely liking Trump very early on. I remember Alisha Kraus and he commenting on the day Donald announced he had zero chance.
I'm sure he can retro-actively go back and make a case for his vehemence now but he had a good case of TDS from the first week or so, also the Guy who follows them Dennis Praguer, then the guy after him Michael Medved, then the guy who comes on after him Mark Levin, then the guy who comes after him Hugh Hewitt. I don't know about Larry Elder he comes on to late for me.
In one of the largest media markets Los Angles KRLA 870 is a establishment propaganda microphone broadcasting anti-Trump talk pretty intensely from 6AM to at least 9PM with fairly biased top and bottom of the news coverage from I think ABC.
Each one of these hosts is admits being anti-Trump save Hugh Hewitt he is probably doing the best job at trying to be fair but even he gets a little gushy about Ted, which I think is more natural because they both share a love of the inside baseball legal stuff.
I haven't listen to Rush in a while and I was able to catch him briefly - even El Rushbo seems to be going a bit linguine.
Shapiros ranting ability is wonderful but it is getting to the point with these people that they are more vehement in their anti Trump rhetoric than anything I've heard.
I Think they somehow view him as some interloping apostate but man they hate him. Ben should know better.
I hope there isn't some corrupt cabal and what we are to seeing is panic, shame in being wrong, their guy losing and jealously.
Trump just isn't that bad that he warrants the level of vitriol he gets - something is screwy and we all sense it.
I'm beginning to think that most of the current crop of conservative media is part of a disinformation campaign that would make Yuri Andropov jealous. Its a full reverse glasnost operation on Trump.
It seems that way and I ask myself daily am I so far gone that I have no ability to be objective. Then I think back and remember that the reason why I like Trump is because I've been saying many of the same things around the dinner table for the last 5 years.

The videos are smooth movements of people walking in a crowd with no jerking of bodies. Could be someone firmly grabbed her for getting to close to Trump, and she jerked her arm away causing the bruise.
Not being sexist but its a fact that women bruise easily.
Maybe her friend reporter grabbed her to get her attention.

If anyone had grabbed her arm, it would have been an SS agent protecting Trump. If she did have a tiny bruise, so what?
As I stated the video exonerates Lewandowski and he should sue Fields, Terris, Shapiro and the Post. Maybe she’ll finally learn not to slander innocent people.
Oh, and she just happens to have a book coming out soon. The timing is very “convenient”, wouldn’t you say?
I heard Krauthammer tonight on with O’Reilly. Wow - his face was so angry, almost contorted in his disdain for Trump. His comments regarding Sarah Palin were downright nasty, they were so sarcastic. Now, I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of Palin’s presentation, but I don’t dislike her.
Krauthammer clearly hates fly-over country and middle Americans.

Dammit, Ben, I was a longtime fan of yours.
My guess is that this nonsense, especially the part from the “witness” (Terris) about Fields being “thrown down”, plays right into Trump’s position that most of the media are dishonest. Trump’s inclination to not back down is probably also part of why he does not.
“Assault” is clearly a ridiculous charge, and “thrown down” is so far beyond that, that I have yet to come up with an appropriate word I can use on FR. Good Lord, not being a large person, I got roughed up more than that almost every time I went down the crowded hallway between classes, in Jr. High, in a nice school in a nice town, over 45 years ago!
Normally, I don’t take too much stock in most conspiracy theories, but, this does almost look & feel like a coordinated attempt by a couple foolish young reporters to create a controversy.
Sadly, if either one of these reporters could actually come up with a serious policy question for Trump that he has not yet addressed, like some that I have posted on FR, that’d be much more useful. It’s probably beyond them, though.
ALWAYS remember, no matter WHO the media person, the thing they white-hot hate more than anything else is being proven wrong. Their egos are gigantic, and they all know that their earlier positions and predictions are on YouTube forever.
Having worked with some primadonna women (and, to a lesser extent, men) in TV news, it seems like “acting-out-drama-queen-with-a-book-coming-out” is EXTREMELY likely.

Trump’s essentially stealing the nomination from the first true conservative to have a chance to win it in a long time. Why wouldn’t a true conservative be upset about that?
I opposed Mitt Romney and Trump for many of the same reasons. They are establishment billionaires with a strong liberal, pro-Democrat bent who flip-flopped on a ton of major issues before the primary. Any conservative who isn’t at least suspicious of Trump is really not thinking straight.
The violent outbursts coming from Trump supporters, the Fields incident and Trump’s encouraging of the violence with excuse-making and legal fees, etc. is so sickening that my objections to his candidacy are now as personal as they are political. Whatever likability I had for Trump has almost totally evaporated. And his lies about Cruz haven’t helped in that respect either.

I ‘spied on’ the Beck team a little bit. They mentioned that in their first half hour as though Fields were a whistle blowing hero. Beck is now certain that Trump had ‘taken over the entire internet’.
