He says "um" and "mmm" a lot when his Teleprompter goes out because his massive mind operates on multiple levels simultaneously. The English language is simply not an adequate communications medium for Obama. He needs a staff of ordinary humans to do the grunt-work of translating his thoughts into the primitive language we use.

When his Teleprompter goes toes-up, he's forced to use a type of language that is like a mental straitjacket for him. Each "um" contains numerous layers of intricate detail that our puny minds cannot comprehend.

Anyone else notice on both radio and TV the sudden emphasis on heat index temperatures without informing the public of the real non heat index temperatures? It has always bugged me when the actual temperature isn’t stated. It is a kind of subtle fear mongering and the low info person is maybe none the wiser. Obviously the claim of hottest ever and climate change dynamic is likely involved. To me it is shocking but not surprising but the uniformity on all media fronts simultaneously. I think this stuff likely ends in Obama attempting to get his ugly mug engraved on Mount Rushmore!
