I agree with you. I recently worked a job where I was very often the only white on the crew or indeed in the establishment. I saw plenty of both. That community is SO divided. It is like oil and water. The “culture of death” inherent in the ‘playa’ faction is so deep, and so appalling. The ones who work and raise families for a living are a whole different order of people, but are too indulgent, too frightened, or too weak to deal with the cancerous ones.
