No kidding... if it truly is encoded in our DNA to resort to aggression as a means of survival, what makes him think that among BILLIONS of humans, that all individuals, all groups, all peoples will also throw aside this biological imperative, and not instead use the world government as a tool to obtain power using these same technologies ? A world government may just as likely accelerate the development of our robot overlords, as those desiring absolute power exercise the levers of government against its subjects. Hawking holds the Lucasian Chair of Mathematics at Cambridge. Past holders include Paul Dirac, Charles Babbage and Isaac Newton. He would most definitely be noticed, handicapped or not.

The irony is that people like him under a socialistic one world government, would be likely euthanised because they ‘cost too much’ because socialists don’t allow sick and elderly people in their utopian world- (and by the way- Ben Carson held this view as well- people like him thought that there should be a panel to determine who is cost effective and who isn’t when it comes to health care
