I'm unfamiliar with CoA rules: is a 3-0 initial ruling appealable en banc?

A three-judge Court of Appeals decision can always be vacated by the granting of en banc review. The en banc panel would review the District Court decision.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an immigration judge's decision to deny asylum to a minor identified as C.J.L.G., who left Honduras at age 13 after being threatened by gangs.

Having many contacts in that area of our continent, I can state without fear of contradiction, that he lied. he was coached very well. It's a cultural thing.

The Ninth Circuit Court, as assumed, is not stupid; just partisan

Most of us know how easily some people can whip themselves into an emotional hysterical frenzy on cue. And it affects similarly, the ignorant, the unAmerican, and those who contribute little or nothing to what makes America great.

Full disclosure. Had my family not brought me to California as legal immigrants, I might feel differently about the present transcendental threat to American culture. But I seriously doubt that. Long family tradition would make that impossible.

Foreign people accused of crimes are afforded the same “rights” as citizens. This has been upheld by the SCOTUS on a number of occasions.

You are not going to change that anytime soon.
