How, exactly? That seems to be a rather stupid position to take without having any evidence to back it up. I cannot stand unsubstantiated claims being used to back a purely political position (kind of like “Global Warming”).

That all being said, the Governor of Arizona can name anyone he wishes to who is eligible to serve in the US Senate from AZ, provided that the person named is of the same party as Senator McCain. He can, indeed, name Cindy McCain if he so desires...and MAYBE she is even qualified to serve in the US Senate in more than just a technical sense (i.e. over the age of 30, a resident of AZ for long enough under AZ law, not a felon, etc.). But I have never seen any evidence to support that particular claim.

All of that, plus I despise Jerry Rivera. He’s nothing but a showboating liberal playing at being objective on a whole host of issues when, in fact, his positions have given him away over time.
