Well that confirms it then. There must have been an eruption of sunspots that spelled out “TRUMP IS RIGHT!”

Have you checked out Hillary Head?

She sort of stands out.

I’m amazed at the number of people it takes to run that place. Seems excessive.

Just now reading about this.

So, why did they shut down the local post office too?

Were they evacuated as well? If that is true then maybe there is something going on. Otherwise, I doubt it.

I see the Chinese espionage angle has hit the thread. That’s the latest I heard. It could be a cover story for something else, but who really knows are not talking.

I imagine this solar observatory was probably a front for something else to begin with. I would guess the deep state bad actors in our government are involved somehow in it’s shutdown. Either in using it for some kind of communication or something nefarious was going on there. The media is totally silent about the fact that all those fired heads of the F.B.I. are being questioned. No telling what is coming out while they rat on each other.

It’s owned by the government and its solar work is well known. I “get” the China angle. A front for the deep state is kind of a leap, in my opinion.

But it’s not run by the government. It is run by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy who manages the facility. Who in the heck are these people?

“The Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA) is a consortium of universities and other institutions that operates astronomical observatories and telescopes.”

Hmmmmmm......I want to know more because an “Association of (assorted) Universities for Research” is pretty vague in my opinion. The perfect sort of vague scenario that allows for all types of involvement from unnamed characters of nefarious means like Media Matters.

You seem to know about it so maybe you can enlighten me on who the main characters involved in AURA are?

Did you also know that six other solar observatories in Australia, Chile, Spain, Hawaii (2), and Pennsylvania were also closed?

I don’t have access to the link, but that was dispelled a couple of days ago. For example, the PA observatory has not really been in use for a long time. It’s privately owned and it’s not even staffed. It was controlled remotely, but the increased light pollution has made it practically useless.

Do a quick google search and it’s one of the top articles.

Yes I have been doing some searches in an attempt to figure out the truth. There are plenty of sites saying six other solar observatories were disabled or had some part disabled during the same time period this one was closed. And as you say, there are some saying that’s not true.

I thought you might find this article interesting.

“The telescope at Sunspot was originally built by the U.S. Air Force. After several years of operation, it was transferred to the National Solar Observatory, which is part of the National Science Foundation.”

“Data from observations done at Sunspot is sent to New Mexico State University servers and can be used by researchers around the world.”

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/sunspot-solar-observatory-closed-new-mexico-ongoing-security-concern/

In other words they took a facility built by the U.S. Military and tax dollars and after a couple of years turned it over to university systems with what oversight? Jeez, it’s not like universities are hooked up with the new world order agenda or anything. THE SAME MENTALITY THAT BRINGS US GLOBAL WARMING is allowed total control of this facility? I know we just trust them not to manipulate data or anything. It is suppose to be under the National Science Foundation but I want more answers about this and what over sight they are doing.

Two days ago, Northrop Grumman tested its Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) at white sands. Probably checking for SIGINT tools concealed at the observatory

I don’t think that the pure LIQUID mercury ever hurt any one.

Now mercuric COMPOUNDS are an entirely different matter!

Mercury weighs 13.56 grams per cm3; 13.56 times as heavy as water.

Thus, where a gallon of water weighs 8 pounds, a gallon of mercury will weigh 108.48 pounds.

I'd assume that tens of gallons would be at LEAST 20; so were talking of a little over a TON of weight!
