The problem to our south will never be solved until the corruption of the governments to the south ceases. If one looks and Mexico and Central America the are rich in natural resources and should be most successful. They are not.
That problem will not be solved. It has been corrupt for hundreds of years. It will not change. The exception is communist revolution and this institutes something even worse for the people. Cases in point are Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua. They are hell holes.
I do not blame the true economic refugees trying to cross our border. Among them are many very bad men. They are not our problem. They are the problem of their each and individual government nation.
It should be noted that the average welfare recipient in the United States receives benefits that put their family in the top 20% of the income as compared to the rest of the world. Well, those babies were born in Mexico, so I suppose that they automatically acquired Mexican citizenship... right?
And if not: Then they will still have a privileged status and enjoy priority ahead of Mexican citizens when applying for benefits, obtaining admission to colleges, getting their college tuition waived, etc.... right?
