The man had to be corrected about his “Muslim faith” and also only started going to a congregation (a black liberation theology one no less) at all to satisfy supporters he was okay ... how much more could the Left shove their heads up their cans over his not being a Christian?

As far as grooming gangs are concerned, I would not be so sure they aren’t happening here. All it takes is some illegal, trafficked girls and corrupt cops.

Well...what the gungrabbers tend to forget is that a firearm is an item of personal property desired by its buyer and often acquired at great expense. Threaten a man’s property and his reaction will be instinctual, not ideological.
Gungrabbers regard guns as dangerous toys that can and should be forfeited to the government on demand.
As for responsiveness to the Muslim threat, the greater the proximity to Muslims & their ways, the greater the suspicion & hostility towards them, especially wherever their growing numbers allow them to fully manifest their supremacism & arrogance.
Yes, there are corrupt cops in America, but in Britain the entire culture has been corrupted by police refusal to prosecute Paki grooming gangs for fear of being called racist.
So corrupt that now British police are arresting citizens for criticizing Islam through social media. I would imagine most Britons by now are seething at what Islam is doing to their country, but they are disarmed both in terms of property rights and in a legal system that disallows self defense by any means not just firearms.
The biggest mistake any government can make IMO is to underestimate the immutability of human nature, the most basic component of which is to survive & be free from harm.

I used to think that the survival instinct was paramount in individuals and societies.
But watching Europe commit suicide has changed my mind.
Democrats in America, and establishment Republicans, are no different from the leaders of Europe. They want America to die.
And they are getting their way. Less than a generation after radical Muslims murdered 3,000 Americans in New York City, those who share their ideology are coddled and accepted, even allowed to swear their oath of office on their “holy” book which preaches the very ideology that led to 9/11.
Muslims are more numerous and obstreperous in America than ever before, and the “suspicion & hostility” you speak of is nowhere in evidence.

It’s just a matter of time until officers and grunts in the military, and in federal and local law enforcement will have to choose sides. And how that plays out will largely determine how many thousands of deer hunters vs. how many thousands of ragheads die. Believe me, the hostility is just under the surface, so as I said, it’s just a matter of time.
We are in a war and have turned a blind eye to it.
I guess perhaps I have lived too long in the progressive fascist state of California, where the only observable rage is directed toward normal Americans.
