No, Stein did not originate this. The connection between Darwinism and Nazi ideology was already being widely discussed even while Hitler was still in power, and continues to be discussed and debated among professional historians today--for example, The Role of Darwinism in Nazi Racist Thought.

Russia withdrawing from WWI would have only HELPED the German soldier. It wasn’t a stab in the back (as Adolph claimed).
In fact, none less than the Kaiser sent Lenin through Germany in a sealed train, to Russia, to help take them out of the war.
Nazi and Soviet were both red. It is like bloods and crips fighting over turf.
