“what frequencies a Cell Phone operates at”

The Iranians knew we were jamming the IED phones but didn’t have a lot of low tech options. So they developed remote transmitters with different frequencies.

We countered that also and that was some of our most classified tactics that Manning and Assange gave up.

Assange was known to have close contacts with the Iranians and Hizb’ Allah and we saw a direct trace to them.

I believe, my opinion, that Assange was always on the lookout for anti-American intel and really lit up over Manning.

Assange trained Manning on various hacks, hardly the “journalist” he claims to be.

Manning should be executed for treason. Assange should go to Gitmo as an enemy combatant.

“Personal tactical knowledge, otherwise classified.”

My military career was in Signals Intelligence and Communications. I have intimate knowledge of how this stuff works.

Any jamming of any frequency can be picked up by a hand-held device in the line of sight.

When the terrorists in Iran saw the comms from the homo and Assange, they went...”Yeah, duh!”.

Because they knew with certainty which frequencies were being jammed when their stuff didn’t work. It was the same frequency their stuff was on.

And they likely had people in the field triangulating the source.

Nay. Assange didn’t give them anything they didn’t already have when it comes to this, specific, incidence.

You’re laying blood at the feet of a man who was not responsible for it.

Read my post, I only blame Assange for distributing Manning’s stolen intel.

Manning was the weakling pumped up by Assange and is a traitor.

I have also praised Assange for the transparency he created.

His mistake was getting involved with any kind of military intel.

Of course the signal intel tactics constantly evolved, day to day, Iranians are a thinking and learning enemy.

They just got an easy leg up, temporarily, that cost American servicemen’s lives, until we overcame and adapted.

BTTT.

Supposedly wikileaks dropped a bunch of Podesta’s email that are not encrypted. On my way to a dinner so I am not poking at this until later.
