Gut bacteria come from exposure. Mostly orally. Some exposure may come from anal and less so vaginal sex (not through any vaginal direct but because the area is potentially exposed to anal area). Repeated exposure helps to change the biome.
So having sex or even kissing one person (even your spouse) exposes you to whatever they have. And changes your own biome. If their bacterial colonies aren’t great, you could become less healthy overall. You could bring out a tendency you had, to anything including cancer. This is true and this kind of science is new.
The art of taking probiotics is attempting to change your own biome for the better to increase your physical and mental health (moods and even mental illnesses are exacerbated or caused by gut bacteria, it’s now proven). We all want the best groups of bacteria living happily in us, rather than some of the really bad ones. Sexual and oral exposure is “taking probiotics” in itself, but you have no idea if the bacteria are good or other.
Obviously, the more anal sex you receive, the more oral sex you give (to either gender) and the more kissing you do, EXPOSES YOU CUMULATIVELY to all kinds of bacteria which may take over your own biome. Any kind of promiscuity is like playing Russian roulette with your health. Gay promiscuity is probably the worst but it does not mean hetero promiscuity doesn’t expose you massively.
I don’t think young people understand how important this is. I’m all for freedom but people should be informed of risks.
If any freeper feels he is at risk, because of his behavior, or hers, take good probiotics daily (SBOs, not just dairy kinds), eat fermented foods, and eat pre-biotics daily as well. Even your most healthy appearing partners could well be harboring a bacteria that can in great numbers give you a horrible chronic condition. Your good populations of bacteria need to be stronger than any exposure to bad ones.

Also changes the contraction of HIV from same sex behavior to gay sex biology. This is fake science just like that gender dysphoria allows males to actually become females
