He was supposed to back in October and they were called the FISA warrants and the unredacted texts between Page and Strozk. He ordered them released. We are still waiting on those....tick...tick....tick

Barr said in the his Senate testimony that he thought the "letter" was probably written by Mueller's underlings and that's why it's tone may have been seen as "snitty".

Barr has also said that instead of responding back to Mueller with his own letter, that he called Mueller after receiving the letter. Mueller told him he wasn't upset with what Barr had said in his summary but that he was disturbed by the way the media was portraying the report.

I heard Barr himself say both of these comments on TV. Be careful about just listening to what the "media" or the democRATS say about both the letter and it's tone or what Mueller said in the phone call with Barr.

You will not get the facts from the democRATS or the media. But Barr's a straight shooter however.

Barr's too smart to be set up. Intellectually, he runs circles around the lamebrains in Congress.

Another question I would really like to ask;

In the report it says the Russians hacked the DNC servers. You did not investigate that for yourself, you just repeated what the FBI said. They did not inspect the servers because Hillary would not let them.

How do you know for a fact that Russia hacked them?

Have you ever heard of Seth Rich?

No doubt they would agree on subject areas beforehand, so that the ant-Trump focus is sharp and consistent

This would be my guess.

Why is there a negotiation? Perhaps a very narrow scope of questioning allowing Nadler to shut down anything he deems critical of Mueller?

This would be before the House, but I think we have a couple of good guys there too who might have some uncomfortable questions for him.

In any case, I’m not sure Mueller wants to go there. My sense was that he wanted out (and perhaps, let bygones be bygones and don’t prosecute me, pleeeeze).

Agreed - Barr is one of the smartest guys, in addition to being probably the most well and clear spoken guys, that I've seen in government for lo many a long year.

I read a comment somewhere about the Congress critters who have law degrees, which would be most of them, and theoretically some background in law. The commentator said that it been so long since they practiced - and in some cases, they never did, but simply went directly to politics - that they were terrified and this is one of the reasons they let their "staffers" (young kids just out of law school) sit in and also the reason they wanted a special hearing for Barr to answer questions from staffers rather than from the Congress-critters themselves.

".... also the reason they wanted a special hearing for Barr to answer questions from staffers rather than from the Congress-critters themselves....."

Barr was smart enough to tell Fat Nadler to take a hike and go pound sand when he said this is what they were going to do.

Barr replied, "Thanks but no thanks".

I viewed a video clip of the hearing without Barr there as the witness and Nadler showed himself to be a real inept buffoon. It was chaos. He didn't have control of the committee members at all. The Republicans were pissed.

If Nadler allows the Republicans on the committee to ask questions, it’ll be a bad day for the dems. Especially if they quote the Emmet Flood letter in their questioning.

Mueller will just say there is an ongoing investigation and he can’t comment when he gets a question he doesn’t like.

Another question:

If your primary task was to investigate Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election, why didn’t you look into all political parties that had presidential candidates on the ballot, including the democrats?

Remember who Bob Mueller is and whom he serves. So the question is; will Mueller tell the truth when he testifies to Congress about his report and his conversation with Bill Barr and Barr’s summery of the report. Truthful exchange in this democrat’s circus of lying clowns is highly unlikely!

Mueller will never agree to testify before Congress. One of the questions from the Republicans might be, “After 2+ years of investigation, why didn’t you discover who paid for the dossier?”.

The criminal will never voluntarily testify. He is too busy making arrangements to go to a non-extradite country. Seditious and traitor.

Joe diGenova the other night said he thought that the letter was written by Andrew Weissmann. I don’t know if he had solid information or if that was just an educated guess on his part.

I watched the hearings with Barr and know what was said. Remember Barr was asked was the phone conversation memorialized and Barr said yes, made notes, etc. He was asked for the notes and he said no. Now Mueller is being asked by letter from Graham about the conversation on the phone.

What I was saying that this could be another Comey made his his own notes *except this would be Mueller* after a conversation on the phone.

I hope Rep. Collins demands that staff lawyers interview him since the committee set a precedent demanding that AG Barr be interviewed by staff. Fair is fair, and Mueller’s testimony is more relevant then AG Barr’s.

True, but the soundbites will be so revealing to the public. How does Nadler refuse that request and not appear to be a hypocrite? What reason does he give that AG Barr and Mueller are two different types of witnesses? Does he claim that he believed that AG Barr was going to be be non-responsive or was going to deflect questions?
