Predictable? Somewhat, and not surprising in any way, but it’s still shocking. There are a great many assumptions being made and I avoid getting wed to any particular theory.
Watching it unfold in real time is indeed bizarre and disturbing. And I DO think it’s a mysterious death, whether he died by his hand or others.
