I have known about that theory and generally it seems to be fairly on target. But as you say, most people are a blend of two or more and they show themselves at different stages of life.

Sometimes people just grow apart. It seems wrong to me, to stay in a situation that’s not fulfilling and not leading to individual or even mutual growth, when you can both move on positively and grow further in your separate ways.
I hope that it’s an amicable divorce.
