How could they threaten secret jurors? To do that, someone would have had to ID them.
...
I don’t know. I also don’t know how Roberts could be blackmailed, how all the judiciary seems to never indict anyone in the swamp...you seriously don’t think they couldn’t get to “secret” jury members? With so much evidence, and somehow there are no charges?
Our medical records are also protected by HIPPA...
“Andrew McCabes legal team says in a new letter to Jesse Liu that based on their conversations with the US Attorneys office in DC yesterday, it is clear that no indictment has been returned against McCabe by the grand jury.”
Nonsense by McCabe’s attorneys. Among other possibilities, it’s possible the grand jury is simply in the process of continuing to gathering evidence, it’s also possible an indictment has already been returned but was sealed by the judge since McCabe is the subject of multiple investigations, and the judge doesn’t want to influence other grand juries. The suggestion that no indictment has been returned is likely wishful thinking.
If that’s the case, this is monstrous.
The Rodney King case? That was requested by the defendants.
As I recall they were convicted after the case was moved, am I completely wrong about that?
They were acquitted after a change of venue requested by the defendants. That is what led to the riots.
Later there was a federal case brought against them for deprivation of civil rights, and that is where they were convicted, but there was no change of venue in the federal case.
Only two. The first grand jury refused to indict but a second one indicted him on the criminal conspiracy count. A third one indicted him on the money laundering.
Thanks, I only remembered the second half. The Feds stepped in to make two trials for the same thing legal. Double jeopardy double smesherdy, pshaw.
