I totally agree.
Erudite fairy...
When he is right and when he is wrong, Graham has always suffered from exaggeration, overstatement, shrillness.
ISIS begins and ends in Mecca.
Nuke that hell-hole and put an end to it forever.
quick search says:
Peggy Kandies is planning a GOP primary challenge against U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham in 2020.
Hope she is a POTUS supporter!
LOLindsey. Go fight, rep.
911x100?
We keep letting Muslims into this country, we will have another 9/11 attack. We cannot vet them or sort them out well enough to know who are what.
A reunited Syria means the “Refugees” can go home.
Unless they’re colonists instead of “Refugees”.
And if we leave them we will have another 9/11.
We need to keep fighting terror everywhere and thus increase spending
Except in the US. You don’t need to increase spending/taxes..just get a competent FBI although that’s asking a bit much. They blew 9/11 and have gotten even less capable since then.
“Endless war” is not just some lefty talking point. The irony is that both parties want endless war. War is equal to politics and politics is money and power.
Lindsey
Graham
Ping!
Want on or off Linda's fav ping list? Just FReepmail me.
Remember that linda is up for reelection in 2020.
Remember also that linda is writing a Red Flag bill.
By this thinking, we’d need troops in about 50 different countries in the world. Considering rotation and supporting troops, and hoping none of these places turn hot, this would translate into a peacekeeping army of maybe two million (where we currently have an army of about 500,000).
Considering that we’d have to muscle our way into Somalia and Yemen and other such places, and either topple regimes in Iran and Syria or else work with those regimes, we might be engaged in peacemaking or outright war in a dozen places, with enormous drains on our blood and treasury.
BTW how’s Afghanistan coming along? Any prospect we’ll ever be able to declare that place free of terrorists?
No, Senator, it is time for us to re-think the use of the military to “transform” the world. What the military is good at is blowing things up, and we don’t need many “boots on the ground” to do that. And, speaking of 9-11, if we had allowed the CIA to talk to the FBI, we would have disrupted that attack.
How much money did Linda get from DoD contractors? You have your answer as to why he/she is such a twit right there.
