Correct. Our sons attended a small town school that since has consolidated with one that borders Ol Muddy, with Iowa right across the river. Can’t get any further west of Chicago and still be in IL. But the poison of Satan’s socialists is there too.
School sports has become part of the problem. They have become ridiculously expensive (I’ve hauled ‘special’ dirt over 200 miles, so the spoiled brat baseball/softball coaches/parents/students can have a similar playing surface to the colleges and pros.)
I suppose the college facilities are largely funded by wealthy donors, as well as game ticket sales. But many small hs sports just don’t have that.
And the sports apparel industry.... is any of it not made in China??

Disagree. Enabling gender Dysphoria is not the solution. The best thing to do is leave the school and go to private or home school. Swim clubs are better than high school anyways. Voting with your feet sends a powerful message. A school district of only Transgender kids
