Used to be the oldest joke ever. Someone opens a fortune cookie in a Chinese restaurant, gasps, and exclaims in horror, “Good grief! Mine says, `Help! I’m a prisoner in a Chinese cookie factory!!’” Once again, truth is stranger than fiction.

I agree. I have never seen Chinese handwriting of English like that and I see people from China write in English quite often for work and at home. The character style is not typical.
