The EU economies are basket cases and they will do anything right now to keep the illusion of economic EU health going for a little while longer. France is one of Iran’s biggest trading partners and their economy is fragile. Germany is also doing very dumb things. Germany is looking at a North Baltic Sea natural gas pipeline with Russia for its energy and yet it has seen how Russia used its natural gas pipeline to the Ukraine to blackmail that country.
The EU is also not paying its fair share to NATO. The EU is only concerned about money and not security. There are some countries that were part of the former Warsaw Pact that understand what is happening and want to help the US, but they are not the big EU countries.
Paying off Iran and hoping it will eat them last. That’s their whole Muslim strategy.

I'm an American and I don't think about Iranian nukes at all, unless the neocons are banging their drum about it. Why is is my business that the Iranians have a nuke?
The Pakis have nukes also. If those nukes are used against the US, then we retaliate. If those nukes are used against Israel, Israel has submarines that can strike back.

What is this guy talking about? Most Americans have no clue on foreign policy. The ones that have some idea mostly see two big issues: China and illegal aliens. Iran getting nukes is probably low on most people’s radar, though still top ten or so.
