Zinc is CRITICAL. It's what stops the virus replicase. The rest of the drugs are just tools to get zinc inside the infected cells.
Green Tea has a certain amount of Quercetin in it. Quercetin is a natural zinc ionophore.
So yes, Green tea can definitely act as an aid in getting the zinc supplement inside the cells - however, hydroxychloroquine is more efficient.
Doesn't work if you use fish tank cleaner containing Chloroquine Phosphate.
:-)

The left, more than anyone, is raising Trump to mythological proportions. Each time they try, and the really tried, to take out Trump and failed ..they made Trump seem even more invincible.
Green tea.
If you're going that route then you need to drink quite a bit of it, and make sure it's really green tea, and not some off-brand that calls itself that.
Yes, ONE patient out of 80 did not make it, but 79 did. And that ONE was the sickest of the group.
So you’re one of those who wants Double-Blind Control Studies before we do anything.
Here’s what I said in my blog last night.
So if you were in the hospital on a ventilator, would you want to be in the Control Group that gets the placebo? Thats the problem with these kind of studies at a time like this. The drug test can be a success, but youre dead.
Now I have heard of some tests where the results are so obvious that the researchers will break the blind and give the real drugs to everyone. But the problem here is that things can go so bad so quickly that breaking the blind might happen too late for some.
Would you be happy with a family member in the placebo ground? Even if they died, just to have the proof you want?
How many people will die while waiting a year or so for your LARGE SCALE STUDIES?
You get zinc in any multi-vitamin, plus from your diet. It can be supplemented as part of the treatment, but if you have decent nutritional status going in, it isnt strictly necessary. That said, if I get this thing, I will demand the full treatment, plus IV vitamin C.
RE:So, youre one of those who wants Double-Blind Control Studies before we do anything.
I never insinuated that in my post at all.
>>We should know in a matter of days if this test is working in New York where over a thousand patients are being tested and watched.<<
That depends on how they’re testing. They might be trying it on the sickest patients, already on ventilators, and it just might not be all that effective in that situation.
We need more testing to verify Dr. Zelenko’s claims, i.e., that administering his treatment to patients in riskier categories as soon as symptoms are noted, sending the rest home to self-monitor and isolate themselves. Any of those who get worse are then also treated, but before they need hospitalization.
If that course of treatment works, we could open up the country again, perhaps state by state.
>>So, if youre going to use these combo, its best to use it BEFORE the patient is severely ill to prevent further possible progression.<<
I agree, although I certainly hope they find it also helps to get some people off ventilators.
And you know what? Because President Trump has put this drug front and center at his press briefings, anyone coming down with Covid-19 is likely to be aware of it, if not now, then very soon. And they will ask for it. No, they will demand it. And they will continue to do so until a half dozen studies show it’s ineffective, which is unlikely to happen, but could.
>>Doesn’t work if you use fish tank cleaner containing Chloroquine Phosphate.<<
Actually, it might, but the dosage can be tricky as that couple learned. Hydroxychloroquine is safer though.
Actually, it’s easy to get a placebo group. Just enroll patients in Nevada or Michigan for the placebo arm. Better hurry though because those two governors are probably getting pretty nervous about their political futures.
No disrespect, but why do should we care, much less wait, what youd like to see re: HCQ?
Is there any info about the percentage of those who received Zelekno’s treatment who tested positive for COVID-19 or had COVID-19 antibodies? I’m not criticizing what Zelenko did, but I think the headline “Dr. Vladimir Zelenko has now treated 699 coronavirus patients with 100% success” is probably false. I would be happy to be wrong about that.
Zelenko treated anybody at any age with the slightest shortness of breath.
And anybody “at risk” with even the smallest of symptoms (such as a scratchy throat) was given the treatment.
And then called “cured”!
Nope. Our commie/Nazi governor Gretchen Half-Whitmer would do this to every Trump supporter she could!
SeekAndFind is just stating the obvious. Everyone who prescribes drugs wants to know as much as possible about the likely clinical outcomes of therapy. Anecdotal reports are helpful, but well-run studies are MUCH more credible — including credible to juries in medical malpractice lawuits where patients had bad results. Anecdotal results don’t preclude high quality studies, and those studies don’t preclude the non-study uses that produce anecdotal results.
It’s a luxury we don’t have time for right now.
We have much time according to the “models” that tell us to keep destroying the country’s economy because BLUE counties are reaping what they’ve sown.
