Huh. Maybe if China provided more than the minuscule amount of funding to the WHO their opinion would carry more weight. They want to be able to control the WHO and the initiatives it pursues, but demands that the US must pay for it???

From this WHO chart the USA is 99 million past due in combination for 2019/2020.
