Gov. Whitmer said, in her response to the state of the Union address, that that we are a democracy. No Gov., we are a republic. A republic is governed by the rule of LAW. A democracy is governed by the rule of the majority, which can ignore the rights of a minority.

This was the most offensive thing Twitmer has done. Usually when there's a license suspension, there's notice and 30 days to respond to the charges at an admin law hearing. This was done basically ex-parte AFTER Whitmer and Nessel ran their mouths in response to a JUDGE in Shiawassee County shutting down an ex-parte attempt to shut down his business.

Manke's attorney is prepared for this and even mentioned that it was retaliation. Luckily, Whitmer and Nessel's trap running may come back and bite them. Somehow they passed the bar and became attorneys, so they know better.
