(For what it’s worth, I don’t think Obama himself was the “mastermind.” I think he had cognizance of what was a centrally coordinated campaign against a Trump presidency, but that there’s a “cabal” behind it, if you will, that is fairly identifiable from its long-time political activities, and the movers and shakers are other people. Call it the “deep state” plus Democracy Alliance, which includes the media as its agents and scribes, although that’s not the only grouping.)

This makes sense... Obama being swept along - as was often the case with his career - but he's not to be confused with being the river. This is an insightful piece worth reading... Start at the bottom with David Ignatious and worm your way up... the creepy scribe knows the players and their order.

Cohen-Watnick was a protege of Trump’s initial national security adviser, Michael Flynn, having worked for him at the Pentagon’s intelligence shop.

In March, the New York Times reported that Cohen-Watnick was one of two White House aides who leaked information to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, that Nunes and the White House apparently hoped would vindicate Trump’s claim in February that Barack Obama had eavesdropped on him.

Don’t know if it was this article or one of her others but she talks about Cohen-Watnick leaving after Flynn fired. He goes to work at Oracle and she “suspects” he continued to monitor/audit what was going on with NSA.
