Didn’t watch it but no one outside a cop has any business directing traffic. Her fear is justified.
What happened to the laws that were passed saying that protestors could not obstruct traffic and drivers had the right to keep on going?

Out here in California we have illegal aliens standing in our roadways telling us when to stop, when to move, where to go.
Our governor thinks that’s just fine.
So as long as you put on the right color vest, you can lord it over the little people of America no problem. Cops will arrest you if you disagree. But only if you agree to be arrested, which the illegals and protesters simply don’t.

In Kentucky, all it takes to enable use of deadly force is to fear for serious bodily harm. The prosecution will have to be convinced that a reasonable person in her situation would not have feared for their life.
A quick showing of the Reginald Denny beating should make her case.

btw, the top video started playing. you only have to listen to 25 seconds to hear a snowflake be totally outragous. She is so traumatized by life and racism that she needs a therapist. she gets a “trauma response”

That video makes it clear. According to Kentucky law, she did nothing wrong.
I had to take the test to get CC a couple of years ago in Kentucky and they make it very clear that if you fear for serious bodily harm you can use deadly force.
i.e. even if the guy died, there would be no case against her. The video is clear. It could have been Reginald Denny redux.
That was beautiful. Should have backed up for a couple more.
Take another look. The guy with the gun at the end appears to be the same guy with the megaphone who blocked her car and was reaching into her window after she backed up.
She's lucky to be alive.
