I have decided after reading all the comments about this “place” & it’s city government that I definitely would never live there & don’t know of anything I could really add to the comments. Must be quite a place according to the comments. Makes me proud to live in Republican-controlled (largely) flyover country.

The county that Green Bay is in went for Trump by about 14,000 votes. (It went for Romney by about 2,000 votes.)
