I once talked to a guy who bought a $300K house (that’s a lot here) and found out it was a mixed, “planned” community with Section 8 apartments very nearby, probably to get tax breaks or something for the developer.
Always do some research at various times of day before a move.

Probably not, because most people simply will not involve themselves in adversarial political activity. In other words, most people will instinctively just “go along to get along” and do little more than bitch and moan.
The one political consistent across America is that every suburb votes Republican. That why Democrats want to destroy the suburban voting bloc.

Exactly right, and here are the statistics of the 2016 election to support it. Of the 3,112 counties in America, Trump won the majority of votes in 2,625 of those counties. Clinton won the majority in 487 counties. The counties won by Trump cover a geographical area of about three million square miles. Those won by Clinton cover an area of about 530 square miles.
