Costco’s Kirkland brand with 600/bottle with rebate is pretty cost effective. I think most brands are the exact same caps. In fact, my mother’s 5,000 IU prescription form looked identical as well.
I’ve felt so much better since taking D3. I dislike the outdoors due to the heat and allergies. Taking 5000 IU is my limit per day.
I know they have a great selection of Vitamins and Minerals. I don’t have a membership (used to) as I felt I didn’t need it after the kids moved out.
Hi, right at the moment I do have a membership, but the last couple of years I was ordering online from Costco.com. For most things, a membership is not required. There is, I believe, a 5% surcharge for non-members but you still come out way ahead.

They don’t advertise it. I was surprised also. Only a few things seem to be marked “members only”.

My orthopedic surgeon prescribed 5,000 IU of D3 daily for 30 days prior to surgery, and 30 days after. I had never taken it before, but it’s supposed to help with strength for the body to heal. I feel good, and am thinking about ordering more, but am afraid I’ll OD.
Next time I see my PCP, I’ll have her order a blood panel and see what shows up.
My mom and sister had to stop taking D3; it made them nauseous.

I reversed my OP all but 3 spots back to Osteopenia stage with just vitamins/minerals. OP pills caused A-FIB attacks, Forteo is BLACK BOXED FOR BONE CANCER.
C is the only 1 which gives trouble as it runs BS UP. IT is unchecked now, drug #4, 2 side effects in 2 weeks, treatments are on my reaction list. Endo can’t understand the GASTRO ISSUES are actually worse. It is diet controlled, along with Phenergan for puking.
