Elections have consequences. Stop the denigration of the white race.
Haters of themselves even portray white children cartoon figures on tv as adenoidal while the black cartoon looks like Mr symmetrical hisself.
The white guilt illness counters forward motion and the not so gifted should take note, no floating boats is a problem for them especially.

Man, remember when Jimmy Carter signed that legislation giving ex-Confederates their U.S. citizenship back and called it something like “the final reconciliation”?

We’ve gone 180° to where one side is fuming at the losing side of a war that ended over 150 years ago.

That Byrd statue looks like he’s saying, “you missed a spot, boy!”.

When are they coming after the statue of liberty.

After all, and like a lot of blacks and democrats say, they’ve never really achieved liberty, so that statue represents fake liberty.

Confederacy or otherwise worked to defend slavery...

So in a nutshell they are calling my Southern ancestors Nazis. Do I have this correct?

Lincoln was a white supremacist if he was anything at all.

Lincoln was racist, as most people where at the time. But he was also anti-slavery, which makes him morally superior to any of the leaders of the pretend country called the CSA.

“If slavery is not wrong, nothing is wrong.’ Abraham Lincoln

“Whenever I hear anyone arguing for slavery, I feel a strong impulse to see it tried on him personally.” Abraham Lincoln

“Slavery is founded on the selfishness of man’s nature - opposition to it on his love of justice. These principles are in eternal antagonism; and when brought into collision so fiercely as slavery extension brings them, shocks and throes and convulsions must ceaselessly follow.” Abraham Lincoln

Yes, Lincoln’s Reconstruction plan included shipping blacks to the Caribbean and/or back to Africa. That was his plan. So in a sense by today’s anarchist racial purity standards the Lincoln statues must go too.

I despise anyone who destroys our nation’s proud history. I saw many of these statues when I went to DC plus other places. I am proud of our history. I despise “common core.”
Since Obama’s education secretary, a well know pedophile was in charge, little boys are being taught to be gay.
DISGUSTING and OUR HISTORY IS BEING TRASHED. More white were slaves then blacks. Look it up.

Lincoln was not in favor of of outlawing slavery

Stopping the expansion of it

He was not an abolitionist

But nice try baiter.

I support Lincoln for his terms and reconciliation aims....for the record

He believed slavery was wrong and wanted to see it put back onto the road of extinction, as the founding fathers had done. The entire Republican Party was considered anti-slavery by the fire-eaters in the south because its party platforms in 1856 and 1860 emphasized the containment of slavery to the states were it already existed. They, and the fire-eaters, believed that if it was contained there it would eventually die out.

There were three main positions in 1860 in regards to slavery and racism. Pro-slavery and racist(most southerners and some northernersJefferson Davis, Alexander Stephens, Stephen Douglass), anti-slavery and racist(some northerners Abraham Lincoln, the Republican Party), and anti slavery and anti-racist(radical abolitionist like William Lloyd Garrison, Fredrick Douglass). There was probably a sizable fourth group that just didn’t care also.

The sad thing is that the group that had the most moral stand was the smallest of those groups, the radical abolitionists.

Was Lincoln an abolitionist in the sense that he wanted to see slavery ended? Yes. He believed slavery was wrong. Did he want it ended tomorrow? No. He was concerned, as many Americans were, what would happen to society if slavery ended to quickly. But when the opportunity presented itself to strike at slavery, he did.

“Resolved, That with our republican fathers we hold it to be a self-evident truth that all men are endowed with the inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and that the primary object and ulterior design of our Federal government were, to secure these rights to all persons within its exclusive jurisdiction; that as our republican fathers, when they had abolished slavery in all our national territory, ordained that no person should be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, it becomes our duty to maintain this provision of the constitution against all attempts to violate it for the purpose of establishing slavery in any territory of the United States, by positive legislation, prohibiting its existence or extension therein. That we deny the authority of Congress, of a territorial legislature, of any individual or association of individuals, to give legal existence to slavery in any territory of the United States, while the present constitution shall be maintained.” Republican Party platform 1856
