If it were Gore Vs Bush today, Gore would’ve been appointed in a heartbeat.

The Wide Latina. It’s always the Wide Latina.
Not confirmed from a reputable site.
If RBG goes to her reward before the election, her replacement will become an even greater issue.

Really sad to think about what we used to be compared to what we are now. We were warned about a slippery slope. Well, that ‘slope’ is getting slippier and steeper all the time.
My guess is “wise Latina”
Sound like another 9th (short) Circuit Court Decision has
been tossed in this trash bin of history.
The Nutty 9th keeps right on proving to the American public how many of them are judicial idiots, Marxists, and dangerous to America.
Glad the Supreme Court bitchslapped them back to the Marianas Turkey Shoot.
stick to the rules. in-person voting for the most part. no added mischief.
A copy of the Supremes’ order in this case can be found here:

The Supreme Court didn’t reverse the 9th Circuit; what it did was to stay the 9th Circuit opinion and order in the case until the Oregon Secretary of State can file and get a ruling on its Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, which means that there won’t be a valid petition drive sponsored by “People not Politicians”, whoever they are. Oregon is actually horribly gerrymandered, and the beneficiaries are the ‘Rats. However, these citizens’ redistricting committees never seem to work in favor of the GOP.
I assume that the Court will take the case, but won’t be in a position to rule on it until next year at the earliest.
I bet her reward will be significantly warmer than summertime in DC.
