Evidently that is the case at FSU. This was solidified when FSU outright rejected Denton’s request for an appeal and due process. Evil people!!!

FSU is definitely still on the hook.

From the legal document:

“FSU gives some decision-making authority to the student government, university administrators unsurprisingly reserve to themselves the final say on important issues.”

There is plenty more there to indicate FSU was ultimately responsible for the mistreatment of Denton. I hope his case continues, and FSU administration names are publicly shared during his Discovery process.

It’s right to expose these evil people for what they have done.
