You’ve put your finger on the issue. Good DOES have a universal meaning and it’s founded in Jesus Christ. When you and your culture reject Jesus Christ but try to maintain a culture founded on Him as the Son of God, you have no foundational beliefs. You can’t tell good from evil.
The moral relativists and atheists have rejected God and have no absolute morality but social convention. That’s how Islam waltzed in.
Totally agree. The only thing standing between a morally-relative atheist and an Islamic beheading...is a Christian - yet they don’t realize it.
As cultures walk away from Christ you can literally watch it decay. I grew up in the UK, they’re way down this path. There are people waking up though...but the establishment is well entrenched and submits to Islamic forces. So things are going to hit a breaking point sometime...
