Liberals instigated violence at Trump’s rallies in 2015 and 2016 to make conservatives look bad.

By the way, I was in a store about an hour ago and they played a cover version of Maggies Farm. Not a current top ten hit. BD wrote over 500 songs and you referenced this song I just now read in your post. Funny.
I would suggest there are maybe 25 people among the 105 Legislators with the guts to even suggest it much less write up a bill and attempt to get it through a committee to the floor of one chamber for a vote. That would be the House. The Senate would be an absolute impossibility from the get go, because only one of the 25 brave souls is in the 35 member Senate.
Ballot harvesting means that only votes counted in urban areas will decide who is the President and Senators. More difficult to use in local elections like districts. But with the experience at ballot harvesting they have now, if something is not done, every democrat running for governor and the senate will win in 2022. The implication of that is very clear. It will further divide this country.

All it does is require them to follow the signature matching procedures under the law that they already followed. The only change was to require them to provide additional notice and an opportunity to cure when rejecting a ballot. It certainly does not legalize ballot harvesting.
Even if it changed the signature matching criteria as Wood incorrectly claimed, that wouldn't have affect ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is when operatives collect and mail absentee ballots for actual, legal, registered voters. The harvested vote is actually signed by a legal vote--the illegal part is that it is mailed by a third party rather than the voter. The reason for laws against ballot harvesting is to preserve the secrecy of the ballot and to prevent clientelism ("vote buying") and voter intimidation, not to prevent wholly-fraudulent votes. Signature matching wouldn't affect that, because the signatures are genuine.
Fraudulent voting, such as voting for someone else or for a dead person or non-resident, are addressed by signature matching and by purging the voter rolls. Georgia has been famously aggressive about the latter. I doubt many dead people voted in Georgia, as opposed to states where they don't clean up their voter rolls.
Ultimately, though, while I think Georgia does a better job than most states, absentee voting is inherently more vulnerable to clientelism and fraud than in-person voting, which is why it needs to be ended.
