No excuse for that shooting. Situational doctrine for force deployment forbids that kind of reaction. If Ashli was trying to open the door, was it back-shooting? What was the shooter’s motivation? It certainly seems premeditated.

Democrats or state workers in a Dem run state have even been promoted as a direct result of shootings - this guy will definitely get some sort of commendation.

He intentionally aimed and re-aimed and shot to kill. He was going to shoot before she was through the window but wavered, looking for a body mass shot. When he didn’t get that (Ashli SAY HER NAME is very slight and the video shows her going literally head-first) he shot at her head.

The Capitol PO who murdered Ashli is a black immigrant from Brazil who posted pro BLM and Antifa all over his social media. He was also heard saying ‘I’m gonna get me some’ when the Capitol had been breached. I watched many videos of that woman getting shot. There were uniformed and armed Capitol Police standing right behind her and yet that scumbag still fired his gun through a window in the door. Absolutely no threat to him. If Ashli were black, I am sure that BLM and Antifa would be rioting still. I now cannot find the videos identifying the cop. Thanks Google.

Unarmed, in a well lit area, issuing no threats to anyone, climbing through the window. The officer issued no warning, and did not preclude the use of lesser force such as a taser, pepper spray, or a baton. He simply murdered her from ambush.

If you or I shot her, we would be arrested. If a local police officer in the midwest shot someone doing the exact same thing at city hall, they would go to prison. There are no special laws authorizing deadly force for going into the capitol.

We are now in an authoritarian police state.

I do not understand why storming the Capital Building, while the Senate is in session, with intent to cause harm its members, is no big deal anymore. This clearly falls under 18 USC S 115 Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities and no on cares. This was a planned, prepared attack on the U.S. government. When someone is breaking into a house, the homeowner doesn't have to wait until they are through the bedroom door before taking action.

You don’t understand because you are in violation of the elemental principle of our Constitutional jurisprudence, that person’s are Presumed Innocent UNTIL PROVEN Guilty. You presume there was “intent to cause harm ...,” but it has not been substantiated that intent to do anything extended beyond breaching the chamber to stop the proceeding, and read them all the riot act for their obstinant resistance to even engage a cursory investigation into the evidence of electoral skullduggery.

Oh, and, BTW, the ONLY reason the Capitol was breached January 6th is there wasn’t a Democrat Staffer manning the doors to just let everyone in, like they did for the protesters who interrupted the Kavanaugh hearing. Equally angry people — arguably more emotionally volatile, and inclined to act out — were all but USHERED into the chamber where they shouted and chanted, disrupted the hearing, were kicked out, arrested, bailed out by Soros, and went on their merry way unscathed.

The differences between these two events make one thing CRYSTAL CLEAR: Beltway insiders fear no leftist protest mob, because they KNOW they’re “astroturf”: prefabricated, organized, predictable window dressing, pre-arranged and thoroughly staged and timed to emphasize a specific political point. They fear us because they KNOW we’re not fullashiite.

Consequently, UNLIKE when their people mob Congress and they know it’s all theater, when REGULAR Americans storm Congress, it’s NOT FAKE, and it’s not being coordinated with DNC insiders, so there’s nobody on the inside to tell Security not to wig out, and they’re all in their like AOC crapping pink Twinkies afraid they might be dead meat, WHICH — right there — SAYS NOTHING so clearly as it says THEY KNOW if it happened, it’d be because THEY DESERVE IT.

And, if breaching the Capitol accomplishes NOTHING MORE than reacquainting political elites with a deep, and abiding fear of an angered public, then THAT makes it a GOOD THING; they’ve been FAR too complacent up there, and it was LONG PAST TIME they got reminded of their mortality and their true accountability.
