No, that was another police officer, and it was not clear that it was connected to the events. They’re attributing every death (all of natural causes) to “the riot,” even though the only one who actually died in it was Ashley Babbitt.
Consider the flimsy-ass grounds on which they impeached DJT, they are not going to prosecute a guy who shot an unarmed person dead.
It looked to me like she was killed for trespassing. That's not legal, but a trial might have exonerated him.
The online videos seemed to provide a pretty clear account of what occurred.
