Time is a huge question.
How long will the US and Europe keep feeding the beast?
Their internal costs are very high and China needs the outside income to finance their adventures.
OH, but Apple and Tesla and... can make their products affordable using Chinese labor.
Until China has the complete manufacturing process worked out and milked the foreigners dry.
