The minute he announces for the House, the NY attorney with zero evidence will indict him under their current wish-sandwich investigation to tie him up for the next couple of years. No evidence ? ... that doesn’t matter to demonkkkraps because their propaganda wing also called the media will run carpet bombing stories for cover and link it to system racism.
There are only a few willing to go on record, all 145 that voted to keep Liz Cheney in Feb. are Bush League Republicans who are the reason the wall is not finished.
It was Republican obstruction that prevented it.

True that. But his election to a House seat will make it harder to ignore ... I don’t see current GOP doing something historical like electing a speaker who is not a member of the House. Many of them are afraid of their own shadow.
Trump doesn’t even have to run for office. The Constitution provides the House majority can appoint anyone as Speaker, they don’t have to be a member of the House.
From what I understand, the speaker of the house does not need to be an elected congressman. Nothing in the Constitution requires that. But it’s never happened either. FWIW this idea was floated before. Can’t recall where I read it but it was probably on FR.

Well, there are a number of variables.
- The idea doesn't obviate a 2024 run.
- It gets him back in the game much earlier
- It lets him hit the ground running.
- It would serve as a man-up call to R politicians.
- It would make his first day back in the Oval Office that much better.
Just to name a few off the top.

And he knows Trump like no other — has been studying Trump, his philosophy, etc., for decades. By following Trump’s model he was a millionaire (I think) in his early 20s. I may not be 100% correct about all of this, but it’s what I recall.
