It Trump did manage to win a second term it would be deja vu all over again, resistance at every turn, deep-state sabotage and media slander everyday. Let DeSantis run, he’s got the trqck record, he can win, and his east name isn’t Trump.

Don't get me wrong I love DeSantis. But he is Trump light. DeSantis will be crushed by the leftist cabal that controls the media and institutions of this country. It won't seem as bad as Trump because they will have to do a lot less to DeSantis to get him to back off. They leave him alone now because he's just a governor of a state they think will turn blue soon.

DeSantis has a net worth of $300k. He doesn't have the personal fortune to withstand the pain that will come his way.

"I always refer to Biden as resident Biden, especially if president is the first word in an article."

I always refer to him as just "biden". Not even with a capital B. And, NEVER as President!!

That scenario has exactly 0% chance of happening. I don’t know where you got your civics eduction, but you should get a refund.

There is no “fix”. The process layer out by the constitution was followed, and Biden was sworn in. The only way he is leaving is the 25th, impeachment, death, or losing in 2024. Believing anything else is just wasting time with delusion.

Well ok. You have impressed me with your education.

So maybe you can explain to me what happens when audits in AZ GA PA WI MI show that Trump won.

Literally nothing. The only path for Biden’s removal is resignation or impeachment. In either case, we wind up with President Harris.

The game was over in December when the states certified the electors. The Constitution gives the states the responsibility of managing their own elections. If the states fail to provide secure elections, then that is on them.

So do you think that Wayne Allyn Root’s suggestion for trump to run for house and become speaker—is a stupid idea?

I don’t think Trump would ever consider it. Speaker is a hugely political office, and Trump isn’t a political cog. He made terrible appointments as POTUS, and wouldn’t be able to whip the GOP into order.

He is raking in cash, and will be able to select and support the house and senate candidates that he wants in 2022 and 2024. If he decides to run in 2024, he very well may regain the Presidency. If not, he will be able to weigh the scales on who gets the nod. He is much more suited as kingmaker than Speaker.

The Constitution gives the states the responsibility of managing their own elections. If the states fail to provide secure elections, then that is on them.
//////////
If the states have the responsibility of managing their own elections—do they have the right to decertify one candidate and certify another candidate due to election fraud.

Now before you answer that question—can you find language in the constitution that says after an election and after the states have certified one winner...-— the states cannot under any circumstances —including election fraud — decertify a candidate they previously certified...and subsequently declare and certify the candidate they had previously determined was the loser....—as the winner.

There are VERY specific dates and timelines for the certification and counting the EC votes. Once the vote is certified and counted, there is no means to reverse it. None.

Trying to reverse now is in direct conflict with the 12th Amendment, and would fail immediately in court. It isn’t even questionable.

Bannon on warroom says that when the audits are done—three senate seats—one in Arizona, two in georgia—will flip to republicans. that is, these states can decertify the sitting senators and replace them with republicans.

Except the President of the AZ Senate, who organized the audit, specifically stated that whatever the results are, they will not impact the past election. Only be used to secure future elections

Bannon is a shock jock and will say anything to boost his audience

I think your analysis is correct for the moment.

But when the numbers come out, the politics—and the ground— will change significantly.

Fauci is similarly feeling the ground shift under his feet as news comes out. (The news is basically things freepers were informed about here this time last year.)

Rachel Maddow is now calling the arizona audit a threat to democracy. By that she means a threat to the democrat party—for starters. Kamela Harris was greeted with a sign in Guatemala that said “Trump Won”. Banners were hung at recent Mets and Yankees games “Trump Won.”

I enjoy your “Just the facts ma’am” take. I’m just trying to read the tea leaves for you.

As Speaker he can rip away Twitter and facebooks “Government Protection” tax or lead the fight to break up their information monopoly. Try to ignore him them. He could impeach Biden-Harris and then Become President. Keep the Democrats off balance. But, I don’t think he wants the massive headache that would be. But, Don Jr. might be a good cats paw. It would be good to see him back in Washington—in a position of power to stop the coming socialist train wreck. That intil 2024.
