LOL, are you serious? Japan, arguably the most technically advance nation on Earth can put together nukes anytime it wants. And considering the neighborhood Japan lives in I would be very surprised if Japan hasn't stashed away more then a few nukes already.

The answer is that deterrence does not matter what YOU think in the equation, but what your adversary thinks. Does HE think it is un-winnable?
That is why I believe the concept of “minimum deterrence” is such a flawed idea;
-to have the bare minimum to deter is to live on the razors edge of NOT deterring, and new concept and technology, for example perhaps hypersonics, could quickly make it winnable in your enemies eyes. I would personally prefer a little more convincing arsenal than what Obama and W Bush has created for us to deter with. CCP says they will take Taiwan. You think they won’t? I hope you are right, but I think if your potential enemy makes threatening statements you should take them seriously.
BTW, both Russia and China have massive civil defense shelters and exercises. We don’t. And that is because there is a difference in concept as to what is worth investing in, and civil defense isn’t cheap.

I have seen multiple videos where the experts were QUOTING THE PATENTS, and showing PICTURES of the relevant Patent data.
It’s not like they just said so, and I believed them.
They actually put effort into their presentations, and displayed the evidence in their videos.
I’m not going to sit here and defend my OPINION that they were both credible experts and honest about their findings.
I found them credible, and see no reason for them to lie about what they are claiming.
Yeah... i’m sharing my opinion of THEIR claims.
If that’s not good enough for you, then by all means, look up the patent yourself, OR feel free to get jabbed all you want.
