The headline misses the heart of the matter: Joe Biden has asked the Supreme Court to throw down The Constitution, which he SWORE on oath of Office to uphold.
This act is a flagrant violation of that oath.
But — penalty? What penalty? Who penalty?
There is no Justice here.
Does no one in the White House read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?

Seriously though, when the structures we've grown so accustomed to all our lives start disintegrating (shortages, service disruptions, more oppressive law enforcement, neighbors missing) old people like us still able to creak around will either give up or get to it. I sincerely believe going down for the right thing beats lingering in a sick bed when a few more years decrepit is a sentence anyway.

Actually it doesn't matter what The Constitution says anymore, all they have to have is the cooperation of the military citizen law enforcement and you're neighbors and they can do by force whatever they want to do.

It is a shame there isn’t a permanent thread for Constitutional Sheriffs because that is where this is heading. The last elected LEO at the county level that decides what is/isn’t constitutional by the clear reading of English language.

There is a NYC permit, and there is a NYS permit.
A permit issued in a county outside NYC, is not valid in NYC, though the NYC permit is valid everywhere in NYS.

How can the defunded police enforce such thing?
Military not allowed to, posse comitatus, and most states will not allow their National Guard to do the federal bidding of disarming Americans.
Such a decision , if it came, would indeed not be enforceable.Everyone would become a criminal with a completely unregulated gun posession and use as a result.Shooting ranges would be run by our own “gangs.”
