I keep seeing theses leftist judges in blue states enforcing these mandates even against religious reasons. By that notion, everyone should be required to be an organ donor.

My understanding is that when a petition like this is made, the plaintiff is asking the Supreme Court to fast-track the case because the plaintiff is facing some kind of irreparable harm if the matter isn’t addressed quickly.

The teachers may still win the case on merit, but they’ll now have to proceed slowly through the Federal courts just like anyone else.
