Yep. I’m Midwestern and formerly urban (crime capitol of the US, Chicago.) That guy is more suburban or semi-rural or dumb. The first thing you’d do in Chicago is find your firearm (regardless of what Chicago gun laws say) make sure its ready and call the cops. Then tell this scum by yelling through the door you called the cops. Odds are, he takes off. Regardless, you wait 5-10 minutes to see if he’s casing your place (interior perimeter check) and then you hope the squad car shows up. A question that needs to be asked: Why are there so many "career criminals" in the "black community?" Al Sharpton, the violent Black Lives Matter/Antifa, Laughing Kamala, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Jesse Jackson, AOC, senile Sleepy Joe, Nancy Pelosi, and Bernie Sanders are constantly cheering the "black community." They keep forcing corporations across the country to constantly promote the violent Black Lives Matter, "diversity," "Buy Black," etc. But all of them still totally refuse to honestly answer the simple question: Why are there so many "career criminals" in the "black community?" It's a simple question they've had many decades to answer. Why?

It's similar to the Democrat Party Cabal (DPC) praising the Middle East. But why are there so many terrorists in the Middle East?

The obvious answer is there's something seriously wrong in those two "communities." But the DPC's only answer is always the same: Throw tons more money at those communities. Well, the Middle East has had trillions thrown at it and decades later, it still has terrorists galore. Likewise, the "black community" is still overflowing with "career criminals." The DPC and people in those two communities must honestly answer the question: Why?

And don't give the idiotic answer, "slavery." That was over 1 1/2 Centuries ago. Obama was President for two terms and Oprah's worth many billions, so forget the "slavery" excuse. As the proudly illiterate (billionaire) black rappers might say: "Git realz."

A question that needs to be asked: Why are there so many "career criminals" in the "black community?"

You answered your own question: all the money thrown at urban ghettos incentivizes crimes. Think about it this way:

* would you have to get a job if the government paid your rent?
* would you get a job if the government stopped paying you to not have a job?
* would you risk legal bills if the government didn't pay for them for you?
* if you had a job, would you risk your job to commit crimes?

Etc. etc., so with all the financial incentives to be poor, people remain poor and jobless, which then creates great incentives for crime, which creates off-the-books income, i.e. double-dipping off the welfare state while ripping off the rest of the country through the externalities of unpaid income taxes, property and life loss, and the overall economic and health costs of crime.

So why blacks more than white? They'll go on an on about isolation and zip code racism... but the fact is, blacks have a rate of welfare and section 8 housing recipients three times their percentage of the population, which concentrates those populations (whereas poor whites are more spread out across a larger population base) into the high-crime vortex of welfare to crime to welfare to crime...

That's my best quick analysis. So yes, it's all about the money -- but that money is all about political buy-offs that have incredibly destructive externalities. And no, it's not about raaaaacism.
