Governments are now the enemy, folks. If a person has dark skin or is a avowed leftist criminal, the democrat party governments will do nothing to punish them for crimes they commit.

One could hope that the date, time and address of the convict’s release was communicated to male members of the victim’s family well in advance.

I'm pretty harsh on this stuff. We have 350 million people in the US. That's a lot. I'm not necessarily trying to thin the herd, but if we lost a few people it wouldn't hurt. And, Lord knows, I am not looking at any broad category of people who "deserve" to be dealt with because of their identity. Each individual life is precious. Until they transgress certain basic laws.
I oppose warehousing people. If someone commits a crime which could justify a prison sentence of, say, 5 years or more (yeah: that's my cutoff), then I think the death penalty just makes more sense. Child rape? That's death penalty. Give 'em an appeal. Then it's done. The Chair is down this hall ...
We would have a lot less crime if we had a lot more executions.

Just got back last night after 5 days in Montana. Saw ONE black person the whole trip… he was a cop. Long live Montana.

I was in Missoula. Was colder than balls while I was there. Apparently March can go either way. April - Sept pretty good. Rest of the year is freezing or gamble. It’s literally 98% white.
