Bills stadium negotiations reportedly moving forward
Looks like the plan to have taxpayers pick up over $1 billion of the cost is going swimmingly.

This is very common. Not all American billionaires, my guess is 20% go the foundation route.
Billionaires want the mega power to fuel their pet projects... Foundations are the ideal answer! Plus you get to hire all your family and friends to staff your do-gooder foundation. Plus staff gets to fly hither and yon and expense it out.
How about a chomo tax?
