They seem to have already taken out SpaceX’s StarShip which has no had a launch in over a year - this is almost a SpaceX killer, as the whole concept is based on rapid prototyping or prototyping to failure.
The FAA and EPA, by denying permits, have apparently been weaponized to stop the StarShip until NASA and Blue Horizons catch up in a few years or more.

Starship is still under development and is not even close to being ready.
Starship test modules were tried out last year without the Superheavy. That's about it. Superheavy B7 suffered damage under testing and was only put together again a few days back.
