The talk of “assault weapons” only in “special circumstances” shows some naivete about guns. But hey, I do appreciate him at least trying to have a sensible opinion instead of being a slave to the progressive hive mind.
So let me explain why I have an AR 15.
To shoot the fools who come to take it away from me.
My AR 15’s are for when ammo gets low in the AR 10’s.
It is possible Musk is being politically clever with the term assault weapons.
Clearly, most Conservatives, and most Republicans, do not define an AR-15 as an assault weapon.
After his Twitter buy out bid, after switching political parties, and after defending the Second Amendment, I get the distinct feeling that Musk might be running for President in 2024.
I never thought much of Elon until recently. The guy has really impressed me as of late.
No doubt a lot of farmers in South Africa were wishing they were allowed to own ‘assault weapons’ as their wives and daughters were being raped and killed by government-sanctioned ‘veterans’ as they called themselves.
He was born in South Africa. No dice.
Do not sell weapons to transgender freaks.

I can’t for the like of me figure out what Musk is up to with this sudden political outburst. He has to know he’s ineligible to run for president.
He’s getting a general idea but needs a little refinement on the second amendment by talking through it with an NRA member.....

Seems like the 2A is window dressing to the tyranny we are hurling towards.
The AR is the absolute BEST rifle for a woman to handle also, very light weight, very easy shot, I have NEVER considered it to be an assault weapon, the Dems don’t like the looks of it!!
He is starting to understand these things but he has a few steps yet to go.
