There is so much that we DON’T know. I expect that it is far more than we do know.

Your story makes me think of all of the carbon that is locked out of use by Life in the form of oil or coal. They say the Sahara was a jungle - well that’s a lot of life. Fresh water is locked in the polar caps at the temperatures we have now. It would be needed to make the deserts green, along with all that carbon.

At least when Percival Lowell was wrong about Mars, it was his own money he was wasting. Today, I think we have “experts” who make a living by being wrong.

Air Board Chair Liane Randolph asked staff to find more strategies to ensure that the state’s proposed mandate includes strong equity measures so that low-income residents face fewer barriers buying electric cars.

Translation: We've gotta figure out how to use this to funnel more welfare to people who won't work in exchange for them voting democrat.

There seems to be a limit to the # of homes capable of charging an EV vehicle on each grid.

The least likeable family on the block and next door neighbors, went from one older Pious to two with the second one being the bigger Pious then upgrading the older one.

That was about 2 years ago, and, we had the power company about to dig a hole for a new power pole on our property without our permission. It was to enable the unfriendlies to charge both of their Piouses at the same time.

After a few heated statements from both sides, I handed the foreman one of our lawyer’s business card and told him that if he started drilling a hole my yard in prime fire season all hell was going to break loose.

He halted the drilling and installation, and I asked the rectum neighbor why my yard. His answer was I had trees where the new pole going to be installed, and the new pole would be less of an eyesight. The foreman called up his field supervisor.

In 15 minutes, the supervisor appeared, and we knew each other, and the foreman had informed him of what was going on. The supervisor knew my lawyer, also.

Then the supervisor, and I had a quick discussion using some old Navy American English.

He huddled with the rectum and the foreman. Then, he told them the new pole would be 30’ in the rectum’s yard and out of sight and potential fire danger from my yard.

I said fine!

Flash forward 2 years, and the rectum has sold his home and is moving to a foreign county.

Then, a friend with the Tesla was driving it more, and another neighbor has a new, what appears to be the new Maserati E suv.

According to the friend with Tesla, he and the other new EV driver were on a waiting list re home EV chargers.

So when, the rectum moved took his EV’s, that opened up 2 home chargers on our cul de sac, which were on the standby list.

The big number of jobs is in regulating and inspecting gas stations, vehicle inspection stations, etc. Thousand of places to go around that state. A couple of big power plants? Not nearly so many jobs.

We are down to one vehicle, and it is 15 years old.

So it needs a special smog check station.

It’s price is about double the newer car models. I asked “The guy who owns our current smog check station (one out 3 in a two block radius)” what the difference in was re the higher cost test.

His reply, Several thousand more $’s for him to pay for the new equipment. He said the results are quicker, and he makes
more money and faster with the extra equipment. So does the state.
