I own a small business with under 50 employees and gossiping about the boss is probably the stupidest thing you can do for your long term job security. With thousands of employees wasting company time not producing while they document complaints about the owner, Musk will probably personally fire each and every one.
Almost as much fun as buying Twitter and watching it either in the wind.
Collaborated - probably 3-5 people out of hundreds employed by the company. once again, a small minority claiming to be the voice of many others, lying because their little feelings are hurt.
Seriously, I get pissed off every week at my employer or coworkers and I would never consider signing on to some shit letter like this that makes me look weak. I may bitch about my place of work to my wife, but not to anyone I work with. I get over my issues and take the next step forward. What is with these people?
Okay, somebody tell me why Red Flag laws would be good. This is a prime example of how the left will conspire to hijack red flag laws and attack and cancel anyone they disagree with.
When 50 ex-intel officials sign a letter swearing the Hunter Biden laptop is a Russian disinformation campaign, and now Musk’s own employees can pen public letters about Musk’s fitness, we need no further proof why Red Flag laws will most certainly be used as a political bludgeon by the left.

I hate these ‘draft letters’ which an individual is writing and trying to get peoples to sign. They put them on all the social medias as well. It’s ridiculous!

Liberals are very good at making false allegations against people.
That's not correct. Even in an employment at will and/or right to work state, you can't fire employees in violation of specific laws. If these employees had put something in their letter about how this actually impacts their terms and conditions of employment, and not just their "values", they'd have probably been protected under Section 8(a)(1) of the NLRA. As it is, there's a good chance they can be fired legally, although they'll probably file an NLRB complaint anyway.
